Here is another tip:

1) When any ways can't solve this, then what you need to do is:
-Before that, try pressing shift 5 times to activate sticky keys. If you hear a "beep" or "quiiiiiiit" sound, then press escape and the keyboards. If you didnt here any sound, maybe it is disable or the keyboard is out of control now.
1.1 Press alt+f4, again and again (seperate each commands with at least 5 or 10 seconds)
1.1.1 Press alt+e, alt+f4, and again and again (seperate also).
1.2 Press windows+m.
1.3 Next, hit alt+tab, and alt+e followed by alt+f4.
1.4 Press alt+e again, and press alt+d next.
1.5 Finally, press windows by itself (or ctrl+escape), u and u (delays each commands for at least 6 or 7 seconds or perhaps more).
1.6 Wait for the computer to shutsdown, and restart it.

note: don't repeat the same mistakes again. What i mean is that, don't use this script (remove it or disable it).
